Peaches N’ Cream Kuchen

- 3/4 c Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 (3 oz) pkg Vanilla Pudding (Not Instant)
- 3 tbsp Soft Butter or Margarine
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1 (16 oz) can Sliced Peaches (Drained (Save Juice))
- 1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 3 tbsp Juice From Peaches
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
- Mix first 7 ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour in lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Spread peaches on top. Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spread over peaches 1/2 inch from edge of crust. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
