Apple Dump Cake with Caramel Sauce

CAKE

  • 2 Eggs (Well-Beaten)
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 Apples (Grated)
  • 2 c Flour
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c Walnuts (Chopped)

SAUCE

  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c White Sugar
  • 1 c Half-and-Half
  1. CAKE: Grease 9×13-inch pan. Cream together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add apples. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir together. Add walnuts. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350-degrees.

    SAUCE: Bring butter, brown sugar, white sugar and half-and-half to boil. Pour over slices of cake.
