  • 2 cans Rotel
  • 2 cans Black-eyed Peas (Drained)
  • 2 cans Shoepeg Corn
  • 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Green Pepper (Diced)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Zesty Italian Dressing
  1. Mix all together. Drench in Italian dressing and marinate for several hours.
