Beef Nacho Casserole

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 (12 oz) jar Chunky Salsa
  • 1 c Bird's Eye Corn (Thawed and Drained)
  • 3/4 c Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 c Crushed Tortilla Chips
  • 2 (8 oz) c Kraft Shredded Colby or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Lettuce (Shredded)
  • Tomato (Chopped)
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder. Layer half each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-qt. casserole. Repeat layers. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
