Beef Nacho Casserole
Main Dishes
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 (12 oz) jar Chunky Salsa
- 1 c Bird's Eye Corn (Thawed and Drained)
- 3/4 c Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 c Crushed Tortilla Chips
- 2 (8 oz) c Kraft Shredded Colby or Monterey Jack Cheese
- Lettuce (Shredded)
- Tomato (Chopped)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder. Layer half each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-qt. casserole. Repeat layers. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
