Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

  • 5-6 lbs Potatoes
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • Cream or Milk (If necessary)
  1. Cook potatoes in salt water. Drain and mash. Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese and cream or milk, if necessary. Place in a buttered casserole bowl and refrigerate. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
