Peaches ‘N’ Cream Cooler

- 1 c Apricot Nectar (Chilled)
- 1/2 c Pineapple Juice (Chilled)
- 1/2 c Half-and-Half Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 c Sliced Peaches
- 3/4 c Sparkling Water or 7-Up
- In blender, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Add 7-up and blend. Serve immediately.
