• 1/2 lb Ground Pork
• 1/2 c Minced Onions
• 3/4 c Dry Bread Crumbs
• 1 tbsp Parsley
• 2 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 c Milk
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Egg

GRAVY

• 1/2 c Flour
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 2 c Water
• 1 c Sour Cream
