Spaghetti Pie

  • 6 oz Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 c Parmesan ((real))
  • 2 Eggs (Well-Beaten)
  • 1 c Cottage Cheese
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 c Green Pepper ((Optional))
  • 1 (8 oz) can Tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • t tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 c Mozzarella
  1. Cook spaghetti. Add butter, parmesan and eggs to spaghetti. Pat into pie plate. Add layer of cottage cheese. Cook beef, onion, green pepper, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, sugar, garlic salt, Italian seasoning. Put on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add mozzerella, cook 5 more minutes.
