Parmesan ‘N Artichoke Hearts

Appetizers

  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Green Onion (FInely Chopped)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 c Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Beau Monde
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Bake until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
